College life has presented me with many challenging evenings at home trying to push myself to write another long and tedious paper, study for that test or just simply complete those monotonous assignments. Through all the moments when I wanted to cry and quit, I found the will power to fight back harder, with more drive and intensity to do the very best that I could.
College life has given me new friendships that I will hold onto forever. That first day in English class I will never forget, as my knees shuttered underneath me. I had doubts that college was even right for me. Sitting next to a beautiful dark haired girl with olive toned skin, thoughts of insecurities ran through my head. Soon, after the first teamed assignment her and I, along with the cynical musician, soon became great friends. I never thought I would laugh and joke around in class, but with Liehn and Travis there is never a dull moment.
College life is not over with this semester, it is just beginning. I pray the Lord will continue to teach me new lessons as I continue on this new journey. I know this is where the Lord wants me right now in my life.
